DESCRIPTION:Singidunum Winter Clash\nWarhammer 40\,000 Grand Tournament\nNovember 19 & 20\, 2022.\nAda Mall\, Radnicka 9\, Belgrade\, Serbia\nAbout the event\nSingidunum Winter Clash is one of a series of tabletop gaming events organized by the Singidunum Gaming Club in Belgrade\, Serbia. First event in the Singidunum Winter Clash series was hosted in Belgrade\, Serbia in December of 2021. \nThe 2022 event will be a Singles Warhammer 40\,000 Grand Tournament attended by international players\, with plans to make it an annual event going forward. \nPrevious events were primarily attended by tabletop wargamers and hobbyists from the region (Serbia\, Croatia\, Slovenia\, Hungary and Romania). However\, in order to encourage the artistic side of the hobby Tournament Organizers have decided that at the end of the event players who’s armies contain all the models painted to a three (3) color standard\, will receive three (3) additional points. Armies consisting of all models with finished bases will received two (2) additional points for a total of five (5) points.\nAt least two (2) printed copies of your army list – one for yourself; one for the opponent(s)\nDice and tape measure\nSix (6) objective markers\nChess Clock app\nAll rules relevant to your army (e.g.: rule book\, codex\, guess\, FAQ\, Forgeworld rules\, etc.)\n\nParticipants who bring their rules in digital form must ensure that the device is functional throughout the tournament! \nPreparing for the game\nWe suggest you follow the steps outlined below at the beginning of each game. \n\nRead the mission briefing\nPlace the objective markers\nSelect secondary objectives\nDetermine attackers and defenders\nSelect deployment zone\nDetermine and declare reserves and transports\nDeploy army\nDetermine which player goes first\nDeclare abilities before battle starts\nStart the Battle\n\nStart Using the chess clock app. \nA chess clock app must be used. This must be provided by the player. The time must be divided fairly between the two players. The time can always be passed on when the opponent takes an action (bans\, saves\, etc.). The clock can be stopped when there are questions about the rules. Each player is responsible for their own time. \nIf a player runs out of time\, he may perform the following actions only: \n\nSave rolls\nMorale tests\nReceive Victory Points for primary or secondary objectives completed\n\nModel requirements\nThere are no strict three (3) color requirements for the event. Models are to be at least primed and have to be WYSIWYG. Models have to be on appropriate size bases. Conversions and proxies are allowed as long as the models and their bases are of a size comparable to the original. 3D printed models will be allowed. \nIf you are unsure whether your models meet the requirements listed above\, please contact the TOs prior to the list submission/event. \nArmies that meet requirements listed above shall be awarded 10 pts for each game. \nPenalties\nArmy lists have to be submitted correctly formatted with no errors (as outlined above). Failure to do so will result in a 10 point deduction per game. \nArmy lists will be on the tournament organizer’s Facebook event page immediately following the list submission deadline. Players are encouraged to review their opponents Army Lists for any errors and/or omissions which they are to report to the Tournament Organizers. Players who’s lists are flagged for errors and/or omissions will have three (3) days to make corrections to their Army Lists. \nFailure to review lists and/or bring your lists to compliance (if they are flagged by TOs) may result in a 5 point deduction per game. \nTournament Organizers will be involved in every step of the process outlined above. TOs may issue further point deductions in case of glaring errors. \nIt is our expectation that players will conduct themselves at all times for the duration of the event. Should that not be the case and depending on the severity of a players conduct on and off the table\, Referees and TO’s might issue the following penalties. \nWarning: Referees/TOs may issue a warning for conduct/actions that are inappropriate and must not be repeated. \nReprimand: Referees/TOs may issue a reprimand for conduction/actions that are unacceptable and must not be repeated or a repeated minor infraction. \nSanction Minor: 10 to 25 Victory Point deduction will be issued to a player for an action that resulted in an unfair advantage. Referees/TOs have the discretion to issue a Reprimand instead. \nSanction Major: 50 to 100 Victory Point deduction will be issued in a match where a player was overtly negligent or misrepresented the facts. Referees/TOs may upgrade the penalty to Expulsion if it is determined these actions were committed with intent or malice. \nExpulsion: Player will be disqualified and removed from the event at Referee’s/TO’s discretion. This is reserved for most egregious of infractions such as premeditated cheating\, verbal abuse or physical altercations. \nPrizes\nPrizes will be awarded at the end of the tournament for the following categories: \n\nWinner\, 2nd and 3rd place\nBest Painted by majority vote of tournament attendees (players)\nBest Sportsmanship by majority vote of tournament attendees (players)\n\nGetting to the venue\nThe event will take place at the Ada (Shopping) Mall at Radnicka 9\, Belgrade\, Serbia. The venue is located in the Banovo Brdo area of Belgrade. Allow yourself up to 45 min to get to the venue from the city center using public transportation. Bus line 56 departs every 15 minutes from the Zeleni venac bus station. \nAccommodation\nBelgrade is a beautiful city with a number of affordable options for your stay.
